This new apartment block in the southern part of Athens is composed of 7 floors. The concept is to create an living facade, open to the street and to the sea views. The building creates different levels of privacy on the facade, like a dialogue between public and private space. The main volume is animated by extruded volumes which act like living cells in multiple levels. On the last floor, a rooftop house enjoys a suspended garden with pleasant views and a sunny deck terrace with a pergola.
